Software Updates

Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to upgrade your eSantoor to the latest software release (25.03.03).

This is a two-stage upgrade, as the newly added features require separate installations at each stage. You must first upgrade your instrument to version 24.24.24, after which you will be able to proceed with the final upgrade to version 25.03.03.

Important: Please read these instructions carefully before proceeding with the update.

To receive the upgrade files, please fill out the form below with your eSantoor serial number and current software version. To get this information, please navigate to Settings > About and submit the information you see on that window.

- DSP: 24.06.06     
- SBE: 24.06.06

- KBY: 24.06.06
