Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Digital Strings Music Inc. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the instrument within 14 days of receiving it. Please review our return policy below for more details.

Return Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your instrument must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at info@esantoor.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Pack Your Item: Please securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RAN on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship Your Return: Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Klarna Purchases:

  • 14 days of delivery for a full refund with free return postage.
    Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product is received.
    Restocking fees or store credits are not applicable to Klarna purchases.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
